**We are hiring for a Social Media Expert.**

**Experience Required: 2-3 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Management**:
Develop captivating content tailored to the specific needs and objectives of our internal projects and client accounts across various industries.

Utilize AI tools and industry-specific knowledge to create compelling text, imagery, and videos.

Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines while tailoring content to resonate with different target audiences.

**Social Media Engagement**:
Implement innovative social media strategies to drive engagement and foster meaningful interactions across multiple platforms.

Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Proactively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community building through authentic and timely interactions.

**Social Media Network Expansion**:
Devise and execute strategies to expand the social media presence and reach of both internal projects and client accounts.

Collaborate with clients, industry influencers, and other partners to amplify social media reach and impact.

Participate in industry-specific events and discussions to establish thought leadership and enhance brand visibility.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content initiatives for both internal and client projects.

Provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis to optimize strategies and maximize results.

Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually refine and enhance social media efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation across diverse industries.

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and management is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of social media platforms(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.), trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different industries and audiences.

Creative mindset with proficiency in graphic design and video editing.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
