**Role and responsibilities**
- Develop algorithms in multilingual conversational systems for intent, entity detections and automated conversations.
- Customer focused product development mind-set
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field by continuous learning and proactively champion promising new methods relevant to problems at hand.
- Build tools and support structures needed to analyze data, perform elements of data cleaning, feature selection and feature engineering and organize experiments in conjunction with best practices.
- Able to write production level code and mentor juniors.
- Demonstrate ability to propose novel solutions to problems, performing experiments to show feasibility and refining the solution until it becomes reality.

**Qualifications**
- BS/MS in Computer science / B.Tech / M.Tech/ Phd
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of NLP and information extraction- Hands on exposure to various open-source NLP packages like Spacy, NLTK, CoreNLP, OpenAI
- Good knowledge of information retrieval techniques and hands-on experience in Elastic search- Experience of design, building and deployment of NLP models in industry
- Proficient in Python, SQL
- Experience in NLP tools like Gensim, spacy, BERT
