**Location: Noida**

**Type: Full-time (On-site)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development and Sales**:

- Identify and target potential clients, including startups and businesses seeking funding or investment opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our consultancy firm's offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand the company's client base and brand presence.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Build long-lasting relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' goals and delivering value-added solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify potential upselling opportunities.

**3. Operational Efficiency**:

- Assist in the implementation and optimization of operational processes to ensure streamlined service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients and manage the lifecycle of client engagements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client interactions and operational processes.

**4. Market Research and Insights**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of innovative service offerings and strategies based on market insights.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the financial, investment, or consulting sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of startup ecosystems, funding models, and investment strategies is advantageous.
