As a member of our Infrastructure Support team, your endless curiosity about technology will help you propel innovation and your career. Working in a team of highly motivated people like you, you'll work with customers and be accountable for production incidents, problems, change management, internal and external communications, lifecycle management, and product evolution. You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create emergency restoral procedures.
- Review and update standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Actively participates and contributes to the incident response conference bridge during severity calls.
- Escalate unresolved problems to engineering staff in development department with supporting evidence.
- Adhere to Service Management incident and change policies and procedures.
- Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting and other maintenance coordination activities as necessary.

Core Skills:

- Strong understanding of network operations monitoring and event management.
- Strong understanding of SRE, microservices, API, CI/CD, Cloud
- Methodical with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.

- ASP.NET API
- XML/JSON - nice to have
- F5 Load Balancers - Nice to have
- Application Performance Monitoring Experience - 4+ years
- Dynatrace
- AWS CloudWatch
