- Efficiency of Audit & Timely rectifications of irregularities.
- Ensure 1 hour training is provided to branch staff
- Provide accounts and IT training to the new joiners,Punctuality & Discipline,Additional initiatives Newly taken.

**Experience**:

- Minimum Degree/ Post Graduation

*Minimum 2 years of experience with any NBFC /Nidhi or Bank sector of which minimum one year in a Managerial Role

**Salary**: ₹9,006.18 - ₹46,675.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
