We are seeking an experienced Art Director with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the visual direction of projects, ensuring high-quality creative output that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, visual designs, and art direction for various projects including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, digital platforms, and print materials.
- Lead and inspire a team of designers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, copywriting, and production to deliver cohesive and impactful creative solutions.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, guiding them in executing design concepts that meet project objectives and maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously innovate and elevate the quality of creative work.
- Present and articulate design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. While formal education is valuable, equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio can sometimes be considered in place of a degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related field. This experience should include hands-on experience leading and managing creative projects from concept to completion.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects is essential. The portfolio should demonstrate proficiency in design principles, creativity, visual storytelling, and an understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in design software: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is typically required. Knowledge of other design and prototyping tools may also be beneficial.
