**JOB DESCRIPTION: Guest Relation Executive [GRE]Ghatkoper/Dahisar,**

**1 ROLE DETAILS**:
**Location**: Ghatkopar/ Dahisar
**Position **report’s to : Manager - Sales
**Business **/ Function : Sales / Guest Relation

**Scope/Accountabilities of the role: GRE will be the first Point of contact for the walk-in clients.**
- Filling up the walk-ins form of Clients or Brokers
- Escorting the clients to the waiting lounge or area
- Assigning a sales manager on Rota basis as approved by the site head
- Maintaining the stock of pantry, stationery
- Handling walk-in clients at Project sites.
- Ensure customers are attended on time, regarding project details.
- Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
- Maintaining customer updates on enquiries made.
- Maintain database and MIS.
- Basic housekeeping.
- Arranging tea/coffee arrangements for guests / walk-in clients.
- Regular after sales follow up and handle customer grievances, complaints and claims.
- To ensure that the sitting arrangement in overall Sales office premises i.e., meeting
- room, conference room etc. are maintained in proper order.
- Should work closely with sales team and provide any support required

Competencies/ Key attributes
- Knowledge of Excel
- **Team player ** Good communication
- **Education**: Graduate in any field. Fluent in English
- **Experience**:2 - 4 Years’ Experience in Real Estate (Preferably with Premium Builders) **or in premium automobile showroom, luxury sales
- Should be well groomed and have an affinity to and good understanding of luxury
- Hard Core Performer In **Selling Residential Properties in Central and Western market**:

- Atleast 1 year experience in using **SFDC is mandatory**:

- Ready to travel anywhere in Mumbai
