**Who You Are**:
You are looking for an opportunity as Marketing Coordinator to bring your abilities to oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all marketing campaigns. You are truly a self-starter to help our marketing team grow. To be successful in this role, you’ll lead our awards process to include working with third party vendors, working with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate with award winners and tracking and maintaining award inventory.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Review award qualification requests and submissions.
- Work with our awards vendor to establish inventory-level projections.
- Track and monitor award inventory levels to ensure awards are ordered and in stock to meet the evolving demand.
- Coordinate with the larger marketing team on the support needed to communicate with potential award winners.
- Manage the process for getting the approval for the award name plates.
- Help the larger marketing team in other ways as needed.
- Other administrative duties may be assigned to support the marketing team or HighLevel.
- Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape and trends as to how they relate to customer awards and incentives by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.
- Meet with team members across departments plan & schedule campaigns to announce and promote award winners.
- Develop & improve SOPs to ensure smooth award campaign execution.
- Architect the execution of each campaign and ensure its results can be measured.
- Ensure that all awards or general marketing content produced is on-brand.

**Experience/Education/Certifications Required**:
- Must be available to permanently work US hours. 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday CST (which would be Mon-Fri 11pm-7am Philippine time or Mon
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of Marketing, Agency Marketing or related experience.
- A high attention to detail and project management aptitude is required.
- Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally with teams and externally with customers.
- Demonstrated approach to problem solving and conflict management.
- Must be a go-getter, not afraid to ask questions, and take accountability.
- Must be a quick learner and willing to take on challenging tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative to find the resources needed to be successful in this role.
- An ability to work collaboratively to solve problems.
