**_JOB SUMMARY:_**

We are looking for a passionate sales executive having 1-2 years of experience to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top
- notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

**_KEY RESPONSIBILITY: _**
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Take an appointment with the clients and arrange a meeting with them
- Prepare and deliver an appropriate presentation to the clients according to their business needs and categories of the business
- Collect necessary information of the clients and verify the information
- Know the requirements of the clients on a wider angle and pitch for other business products
- Collect references from the clients
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Participating in sales team meetings
- Onboarding industrial property owners, industrial brokers/ consultants, and Zonal, Cluster, and Estate partners
- Collect vendor leads and give it to vendor listing executive

**_KEY COMPETENCIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: _**
- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales preferably in industrial properties
- Have worked in a real estate business
- In-depth understanding of the different types of industrial properties
- Excellent communication skills - including both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner, quick thinker, and passion for sales
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and a good listener
- Good team working and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively prioritize the assigned task
- Ability to demonstrate ownership, passion, and commitment
- Passion and drive for getting things done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented dynamic work environment
