Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for offering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers. You will provide expert knowledge on skincare and makeup products, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales within the beauty department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Conduct thorough beauty consultations to understand customers' preferences and needs.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual skin types, tones, and beauty concerns.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of various beauty products in the store.
- Continuously educate yourself on new product launches and industry advancements.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers on their beauty purchases and offer post-purchase support.
- Collect and maintain customer information for follow-up communications and promotions.
- Adhere to all hygiene and cleanliness standards in the beauty department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including product sanitation.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Previous experience of more than 3 Years in any reputed brand.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
