Your key responsibilities are
- To support the business with all graphic design requirements
- Action creative briefs from across the business creating perfect designs to tight deadlines and meeting brand guidelines
- Working on a wide range of graphics including:
1. Content for social media & blog posts

2. Content for digital ads

3. And much much more
- Proactively using initiative and industry knowledge to recommend ideas that push the creative boundaries and improve the quality of our creative output.

Skills and Knowledge

The Junior Graphic Designer is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

- A relevant Design degree.
- Animation/After Effects knowledge is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for the need for quality across all creative output.
- Commercially astute to ensure that creative designs hit the wider business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Action creative briefs from across the business creating perfect designs to tight deadlines and meeting brand guidelines
- Understanding brand appeal, target audience and brand philosophy from leadership.
- Creating eye-catching, artistic and emphatic artworks to relate to the audience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Year of work experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong attention to detail with an appreciation for the need for quality across all creative output.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,951.25 - ₹31,446.27 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
