Accounts Related:

- Maintaining Post dated cheques to deposit.
- Monthly sales, purchases, auto freight, petty cash, transport vouchers, checking and filing from all branches.
- Maintaining Petty cash.
- Outstanding follow up by mail.
- Sending ledger statements to customers for balance confirmation, reconcile and sign off all confirmation.
- Debit & credit note and missing invoices issues sorting.
- Purchase Related:

- Purchase order Preparation in EXCEL/PI sending to Customers(Manual ) Wilhelm Software training to be given (BY REPORTING MANAGER).
- Admin related activities:

- Printing section. (like invoices, visiting cards, letterhead etc).
- Ordering of Stickers with the printers with PO.
- Stationary Ordering to be placed.
- Support for all staff.
- Import:

- Documents to be shared to CHA FOR Clearance & Follow up with CHA
- Import will be decided on the basis of Bonded (Port warehouse) and Clearing method (direct transfer to Ambur) based on duty amount.
- Duty payment follow up with FINANCE/Accounts.
- Transport arrangement for clearance to reach ware house-Eway bill preparation.
- To collect all invoices on time -- record the same -- to verify invoices sign off and submit to Acct. dept. (within week of clearance-Month end
- 2-3 DAYSTIME)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
