**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually stunning and responsive websites using the Webflow platform.
- Collaborate closely with designers and content creators to implement their vision while maintaining optimal user experience.
- Convert design mockups into functional Webflow websites, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance.
- Optimize websites for speed and SEO to enhance user engagement and search engine rankings.
- Integrate third-party tools and services into Webflow projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices to continually enhance our web projects.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on Webflow-related projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Webflow Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with Webflow's visual development tools and interactions.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of additional web development technologies and tools is a plus (e.g., CMS platforms, Git version control).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
