- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in plumbing, STP, drainage, sewage, manhole installation, road construction, rainwater collection, and building construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with auto-level instruments and surveying techniques.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best construction practices.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
