Dispatch Incharge

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Dispatch In-Charge** with **3 to 4 years of experience** to oversee the dispatch operations of our digital pump controllers. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our dealers and customers, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Order Management**: Review and process customer orders for digital pump controllers, ensuring all details are accurate and complete before dispatch.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Organize and coordinate the logistics of dispatching products, including selecting appropriate carriers and scheduling delivery times.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available for timely dispatch, coordinating with the warehouse team to manage stock replenishment.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
