At Chromaprint (India) Private Limited, We are looking for a competitive and talented Sales Support Executive to help us build up our business activities.

Sales Support Executive responsibilities include undertaking administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. Utilizes skills to make certain that all salespeople have the proper equipment or literature to do their job. Meets with sales employees to make new plans regarding sales or how to improve the job

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs,
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders entry in ERP and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with delivery,
- Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas,
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments,
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets,
- Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude,
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice,
- Be strongly skilled in data entry and customer service including basic math and reporting skills,
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge,

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Any Degree holder
- Fresher or Maximum 2+ yrs of experience in Sales support/Customer support/order entry
- Willingness and ability to travel,
- Languages: Tamil, English, And Hindi preferred

**Salary**:

- 1.8 Lakhs to 2.4 Lakhs in CTC

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹232,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
