We are looking for a talented and experienced 2D/3D Animator to join our creative team at Dev Motion Pictures Pvt. Ltd. As an animator, you will play a crucial role in bringing our ideas to life through captivating and visually stunning animations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 2D/3D animations for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, explainer videos, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop animation concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Utilize animation software and tools to design characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.
- Rig and animate characters and objects in 2D and 3D space, ensuring smooth and realistic motion.
- Incorporate visual effects, textures, and lighting to enhance the overall look and feel of the animations.
- Ensure the delivery of animations within established timelines and project specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 2D and/or 3D animation.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, including timing, spacing, and motion arcs.
- Portfolio showcasing your 2D and/or 3D animation work, highlighting your ability to create dynamic and visually appealing animations.
- Knowledge of character rigging and animation in both 2D and 3D environments.
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce animations that meet high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
