**Job Title**: Finishing Incharge

**Qualification**:Any degree with relevant work experience/Added advantage if have a diploma degree in têxtile.

**Experience**:5-7 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the entire finishing operations from ironing through packing till efficiently loading of finished goods.
- Maintain a record of the quantity of stitched garment pieces transitioned from the checking table to the ironing table ensuring accountability throughout the process.
- Maintain finishing quality and document any reworks and rejections identified during the finishing process, and actively coordinate with the Production In charge to ensure timely completion of rework tasks.
- Ensure all the packing trims are in housed with the coordination of the purchase department.
- Coordinate with internal QCs and external QCs in the pre-final and final inspections.
- Adhere to the numbers committed in order, quality and time. Store the Finished Goods safely and load the same for shipment after shipment sample approval.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
