**Job Title -** Zonal Service Planner
**Position description**: Support NSMs and coordinate with respective AO teams. Analyse gaps and potential of business activities for different Area Offices. Monitoring implementation of actions planned and follow up for new initiatives
**Role Description**:
1. Compiling the data from area office level as per the guideline from H.O.
2. Analyse progress on activities as per actions planned and intervene in case of deviations, so that target achievement is complete & in time.
3.Facilitate Zo team with solutions in order to ensure target achievement for the Zone
4. Validate the analysis sent by field team
5. Budget preparation & control.
6. Help AO analysis of complicated issues.
7. Compilation of Best Practices & Sharing them.
8. Coordination of review meet held in area office.
9. Follow-up with TMs for CC closure.
10. Coordinate with HO for a solution or execution.
11. Dealer Network coordination.
12. Collecting the competitor information from area office level.
13. Predict target achievements based on current enablers and trend of CPs.
15. Analysis on scope for improvement.
16. Release newsletters periodically.
17. Coordination for Zonal meet.
18.PDCA of new initiatives taken for better results and feedback to HO on shortcomings.
**Requirements**:
BE automobile/mechanical with minimum 3 years of experiences in handling customer complaints,
Service standards and activities related to customer satisfaction.
