Troubleshot problems and diagnosed system faults.
- Network and Security Firewall
- Diagnose hardware and software problems.
- Maintain and provide support for phone lines, Biometrics systems & CCTV Cameras.
- Installation and troubleshoot all types of PC hardware, Printer, Scanner, UPS &Call Recorder.
- Maintain proper IT records like Purchase, License, AMC, & Renewal of Software.
