Job description

**Hiring Female Admissions Officer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide effective and efficient administrative support within Admissions and carry out duties across all of the key areas of the Admissions Office operations
- Problem solving and making decisions based on admissions policies and procedures, and identifying when to refer enquiries that need escalation
- Assessing eligibility for admission to courses, including evaluation of qualifications, English language proficiency etc.
- Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner
- Time management and work load management and attention to detail
- Provide support to the Management Team as required
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and management and compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Friendly with Microsoft office tools, such as office, excel
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities
