**Project Description**:(Project on which the new hire will work)
- Ø - Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative or Sales Associate or similar role
- Ø - Understanding of the retail sales process
- Ø - Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Ø - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Ø - Basic math skills
- Ø - Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ø - Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ø - Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Ø - Flexibility to work various shifts

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Ø -Greet and direct customers
- Ø -Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Ø - Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ø - Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Ø - Cross-sell products
- Ø - Stay up-to-date with new products/services

**Salary**: ₹15,000.67 - ₹18,000.25 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kasaragod, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Communication skills (preferred)

**Language**:

- Local language (preferred)
