- Policy Formation & Policy Implementation
- Effective Stakeholder Management
- Strategic Decision Making in line with Management Vision
- Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Payroll Inputs
- Grievance Handling and Timely Issue Resolution Effectively

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
