**ABOUT THE POSITION**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Video Creator to join our marketing team in Bangalore. This role will involve both filming and editing responsibilities, with a focus on producing engaging video content for the company social media accounts. Previous experience in real estate is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Film high-quality video content, including presentation videos and home tour videos, using a smartphone camera.
- Ensure excellent audio and visual quality in all footage, paying attention to factors such as lighting, composition, and stability.
- Edit video content to create polished and visually appealing final products.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques, particularly as they relate to social media platforms.
- Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed, including photography and graphic design tasks.

**Skills**:

- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. OR any other professional video editing software.
- Understanding of Camera Basics: Strong understanding of camera functions, composition principles, and lighting techniques.
- Color Grading: Ability to enhance the visual aesthetic of videos through color grading techniques.
- Pacing: Skill in determining the rhythm and flow of video content to maintain viewer engagement.
- Sound Design: Ability to enhance the auditory experience of videos through effective sound design and audio mixing.
- Video and Audio Stabilization: Experience in stabilizing shaky footage and minimizing unwanted noise in audio recordings.
- Understanding of Social Media: Previous experience creating content for social media platforms, with a keen understanding of their unique requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in video production, social media and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of video production.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Real Estate experience and exposure is preferable.

**Experience**:
1-2 years.
