Job Description: Executive - Business Development

Position Summary: The Business Development Executive is a vital member of the sales and business development team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves researching potential markets, pitching products or services to prospective clients, and negotiating agreements to secure new business partnerships. The Business Development
Executive plays a critical role in expanding the company's customer base and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and customer preferences to tailor business development strategies accordingly.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential for business collaboration.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

4. Sales Pitch and Presentations:

- Develop persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations or presentations to demonstrate the value proposition effectively.

5. Business Proposals and Negotiations:

- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable business deals for the company.

6. Sales Targets and Reporting:

- Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and track sales activities and results regularly, reporting progress to the management team.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

8. Attending Industry Events:

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and generate leads.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
