**Experience**:

- Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years’ experience in customs warehouse or similar setting required
- Knowledge of Descards track management system
- Prior experience in preparing customs and shipping documents preferred

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Maintains a database that tracks goods.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Coordination with Custom House Agent, Shipping line and Freight forwarder. License with Custom, DGFT and Bank.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

**Salary**: Up to ₹32,501.95 per month
