Teleconsultant

Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Making telephonic conversation with our patients and clear their doubts.
- Handling the Telephonic inquiries.
- Maintain all records and overall if required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
- Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
- Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
- Take care of billings.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient information.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and patient service skills.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Good Communication skills.

**Qualification**:Any bachelor degree.
Both male and female can apply.

and shift basis(8 am to 2pm nd 2pm to 8pm).

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month (Negotiable)

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus (after completed probation period).
