- M.Sc./Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry/General Chemistry)
- Sound knowledge in practical and theoretical chemistry
- Teamwork and learning skill
- Communication skills
- Handling chemical reactions and purifications
- Structure education by using NMR, IR and MS
- Good documentation practices
- EHS practices
