**Responsibilities**:
Implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated curriculum for students and support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.

1.Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor.

2.Facilitate and encourage a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.

3.Contribute to raising standards of student attainment and to monitor and support student progress.

4.Plan, prepare and deliver lessons using a diverse range of teaching resources and methodologies, ensuring that all lessons are inclusive and engaging.

5.Administer and mark all assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback and maintaining records of student progression and development.

6.Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in the curriculum, ensuring lessons are relevant and interesting.

7.Foster a positive, interactive learning environment, encouraging student participation and mutual respect.

8.Communicate with parents on a regular basis, updating them on their child's progress and participation.Participate in and organize extracurricular activities such as clubs, student performances, and school celebrations.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.

2.A valid teaching certification is mandatory.

3.Proven experience teaching English at the elementary or middle school level.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Proficiency in classroom management and discipline strategies.

6.Proficient understanding of teaching methods and educational pedagogy.

7.Strong understanding of curriculum and English language teaching methodologies.

8.Ability to build positive relationships with students, other teachers, and parents.

Physical Requirements:
1.Ability to stand, walk, and interact with students and faculty for extended periods.

2.Regular use of hands to handle classroom materials, use computer, and present to students.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
