**PositionOverview**:
As an SMM/ Ads manager inter**n**, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads and sales. You will work closely with the relevant departments to ensure that all advertising initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and goals.

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as an Entry Level Social Media Marketing Assistant. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is passionate about social media and eager to dive into the world of social media marketing (SMM).

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation and Curation:

- Assist in creating engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Curate relevant content from industry sources and user-generated content to share with our audience.
- Social Media Management:

- Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Engage with followers and build relationships with our online community.
- Campaign Support:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track the performance of campaigns and content.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on key social media metrics and insights.
- Trend Research:

- Stay updated on social media trends, new features, and best practices.
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Support and Coordination:

- Provide administrative support to the social media team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with external vendors or partners.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus..

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
