Peer review associate will assess the validity, quality and often the originality of articles for publication. Its ultimate purpose is **to maintain the integrity of science by filtering out invalid or poor quality articles**.

Here, Peer review functions as a filter for content, directing better quality articles to better quality journals and so creating journal brands.

Peer review associate will make sure to improve the quality of published papers by motivating our authors to submit good quality work - and helping to improve that work through the peer review process.
- Excellent English required in Verbal & Written Communication.
- Minimum Graduation Required.
- Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
- Well-Versed with Basic Knowledge of Computer.
- Prior Experience of Publishing will Prefer.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
