Key Responsibilities:Instruction:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive music curriculum for students at various grade levels.
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective music lessons, incorporating a variety of teaching methods and materials.
- Teach music theory, history, and performance skills, including vocal and instrumental techniques.
- Prepare students for school concerts, recitals, and other performances.

Student Development:

- Encourage and motivate students to explore and develop their musical talents.
- Provide individual and group instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports creativity and collaboration.

Program Management:

- Organize and direct school music programs, such as choirs, bands, orchestras, and musical ensembles.
- Plan and coordinate music events, including concerts, recitals, and talent shows.

Administration and Compliance:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Manage and maintain music equipment, instruments, and resources.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure in music education (as required by the state or country).
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument and conducting vocal/instrumental ensembles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
