**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Manage investment portfolios and monitor performance to ensure alignment with investment objectives
2. Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, both buy and sell-side, by conducting due diligence, preparing financial models, and supporting valuation analyses
3. Prepare and present pitch presentations to potential clients, showcasing the firm's capabilities and investment opportunities
4. Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to investment banking and portfolio management
5. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders
**Job Requirements**:

- 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, MBA)
2. Proven experience in managing investment portfolios, analyzing financial markets, and supporting M&A transactions
3. Strong understanding of investment banking cycles, financial management principles, accounting concepts, and corporate finance
4. Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
5. Proficient in preparing pitch presentations, conducting due diligence, and performing market research
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present information and interact with clients and stakeholders
