**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Performs installations, repairs, modifications, calibrations and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of complex digital, analog, programmable and other auxiliary equipment.

2. Maintaining of work log book on daily bases.

3. Performs Calibration of Field Instruments such as Temperature, Level, Flow Transmitters, Magnetic & Mass Flow Meter, Proximity Switches, PH Meter, and Conductivity Meter, Control valves transmitters, gauges and switches.

4. Field fault analysis determines if instrument has failed or if it is a process problem.

5. Troubleshooting of field instruments like **SMART **transmitters (Yokogawa, Rosemount, ABB, Honeywell, and Wika) Switches & Sensors.

6. Good Housekeeping practices at work area and proper handling of Field instruments.

7. In Projects, Erection, Commissioning, Cable tray installation, Cable laying, J.B installation, Control Panel Installation (DCS, PLC), Loop Checking with Calibration of Field Instruments such as Temperature, Level, Flow Transmitters, Magnetic & Mass Flow Meter, Proximity Switches. PH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Control valves transmitters, gauges and switches.

8. Complete overhaul in shop environment to include component replacements, alignments and calibration to specifications of record.

9. Repair of signal transmission facility such as tubing, wiring, etc.

10. Instrumentation to include pneumatic, electronic and digital equipment.

11. Installation of new control circuit, modification of existing instrument/control systems as requested.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
