**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring that information is easily accessible.
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- **Support Teams**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- **Filing**: Maintain physical filing systems, ensuring all files are up-to-date and properly archived.
- **Customer Service**: Provide basic customer service support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Assistance**:
- Assist in the photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.
- Handle minor clerical tasks such as delivering documents within the showroom or to nearby locations.
- Ensure that office supplies like stationery and cleaning materials are adequately stocked.

- Visit to Bank and Post Office as and when needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including receiving parcels and dispatching items.
- To bring lunch, tiffin and dinner for MD and Directors from their residence.
- Assist sales staff and management with miscellaneous tasks such as fetching items, preparing tea/coffee, and running errands as required.
- Help in the arrangement and organization of inventory and supplies in storage areas.
- Support with the packaging of jewellery for customers, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
- Report any maintenance issues, such as electrical or plumbing problems, to the relevant personnel promptly.
- Handle minor clerical tasks such as delivering documents within the showroom or to nearby locations.
- Ensure that office supplies like stationery and cleaning materials are adequately stocked.
- **Miscellaneous**: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.
- **Skills**:
- Good communication skills with basic proficiency in Tamil, Hindi and English.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with attention to detail.
- **Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving light to moderate-weight items.
