**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
QNR/DG design and management - Accountable for complete cycle of projects/ primary research task for syndicated research teams - Proposal/Questionnaire design to ensuring the delivery of actionable insights.

Compelling Insights: Data collection, integration & interpretation by leveraging analytical skills to detect trends & solve problems for business questions that help formulate compelling insights & recommendations.

Client Centricity: Being able to interpret client expectations and deliver right through from proposals to reports successfully.

Recruitment and Vetting
- Identifying relevant executives/experts/consultants for primary research projects. Vetting them gauge their relevance for the projects in hand and thereby make them participate in paid consulting engagements in B2B projects.

Transcripts Preparation - Preparing transcripts of conducted consultations in an authentic and precise manner.

Project management and coordination - Ensuring timely data collection, data processing & overall project management tasks.

Innovation & Futurism: Stay on trend and bring in new ideas, leverage other AMR assets and new techniques to drive richer data collection techniques & insights. Bringing in titles/ideas that will drive profitability and better returns to us as a business and to our clients.

Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and interaction skills in English, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (Telephone, E-mail, In-person, Etc.)

Effective lead generation and contact info searching skills using various 3rd party websites, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.

Fluency in international language/s will be a plus point.

Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Commercial & curious mind-set with the ability to problem solve for business questions.

A sound understanding of business research techniques and sound analytical skills

Resilience to work at pace, remain focused, effective and goal oriented

Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team.

Positive attitude and able to achieve deliverables.
