**Experience Required**: Minimum 15 years in Legal Firms and Judiciary
**Salary**: Up to 6 LPA( Negotiable)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Legal Documentation**: Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- **Stenography**: Accurately transcribe court proceedings, meetings, and legal dictations.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough legal research and compile data to assist attorneys in case preparation.
- **Filing and Record Management**: Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
- **Court Coordination**: Liaise with court personnel, schedule hearings, and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the legal department, including correspondence, scheduling, and office management tasks.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all legal documents are in compliance with the latest laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 15 years working as a Paralegal/Stenographer in a legal firm or judiciary.
- **Education**: Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in legal research, documentation, and transcription.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
