REIT RTQT15A machine -Plant Operation, production and maintenance

Responsible for Complete Operation, Production & Maintenance of concrete precast Plant

Working knowledge of Paver block production, interlock of different sizes, kerbstones, Production, Controller, maintenance, other machine handling

Knowledge of PLC operations and troubleshooting

Responsible to generate reports like production report / cycle data / scale check record

Demonstrate knowledge of all types of concrete block molds and setup procedures

knowledge and experience in equipment engineering & Hydraulic Machine phenomena

Maintenance &Troubleshooting of Screw Conveyer for cement feeding.butterfly valve, skip, Checking of load-cell, calibration of plant, water & admixture feeding system, Pneumatic system-gate valve operation, gate cyl. Adjustment, kit-seal changing

Maintain Command Alkon System and maintain Batch Equipment in good working condition, ensuring safe operation of batching plant at the same time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
