**_Role Description:_**

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Build realistic automotive graphics in Unreal Engine
- Work closely with other artists, designers and programmers to implement the project's requirements
- Maintain high-quality visuals overall, from vast environments to small props
- Optimize the scene/effects to run efficiently whilst maintaining high visual quality
- Problem-solving

**_Requirements:_**
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of game or gamification design, 3D technology and its pipelines
- Experience with Unreal Engine
- Skilled in look development, with experience of working in a variety of visual styles, with a strong knowledge of rendering fundamentals
- Generalist knowledge in skills such as 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, physics, post-processing and particle systems
- An understanding of the technical art of asset delivery for all assets within a real-time environment for various platforms
- Experience to locate and resolve content and asset performance bottlenecks through investigation and content optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Eye for detail, colour and composition
- Self-motivated, strong communication skills and a team-player

**_Bonus points if you have:_**
- Experience working as a lighting artist in a gaming studio
- Prior experience in managing a team greater than 5
- Extensive product knowledge
- Worked with Unreal Engine 5

- Shaders: Strong skills in materials/shaders and lighting in Unreal
- Pipelines: Strong understanding of various rendering pipelines in Unreal
