The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify target audiences and create customer personas to guide campaign customization.

Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration.

Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, and more.

Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.

Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.

Monitor social media trends, track user engagement, and respond to comments and messages.

Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve website visibility on search engines.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and rankings, making adjustments as needed.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, set budgets, and monitor campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and content creation.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
