To maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
To conduct regular physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.
To implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
To monitor inventory turnover and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
To process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
To coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
To track and manage backorders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
To inspect received goods for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
To receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of products received.
To organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval.
To implement best practices for warehouse layout, labeling, and organization.
To monitor and report any quality issues or defects in inventory.
To maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
To communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
To utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes and maintain accuracy.
To collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
To supervise and train warehouse staff, if applicable.
To ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing inventory management and warehouse operations.
To implement strategies for timely reordering of products to ensure continuous availability.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tirur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
