- Prepare and issue Purchase Requests/RFQs on receipt of requisition for purchase through mails/verbal/messages and further floating new requirements to suppliers.
- Identifying and Developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials, involved in techno-commercial negotiations and finalizing contracts.
- Handling Import Purchase for various category i.e Mechanical / Hydraulics / Pneumatic/Electrical.
- Resolving suppliers as well as finance & logistics query related PO / Payment /shipping documents.
- Preparing monthly ETA/Pending order report for the Purchases with mentioning all required details.
- Detail working & negotiation with the supplier after receiving quotations & finalization of techno commercial contracts.
- Interaction with the customer and follow up with the customer for the purpose of conversion of the quotations into Purchase order.Identifying the lost orders & improvisations in subsequent quotations.
- Involved in various Cost Saving Activities like developing source in India or Outside India for Import.
- Maintain cost control sheet by collating original price and negotiated price.

**Skills Required**:

- Should be good communication skills.
- Should be any graduate.
- Knowledge of Vendor Management.
