Who we are:
- Job Description:
- The engineer is required to have strong Admin,
- Operate and Manage skills in VMware NSX-T and vSphere to provide services for global HPE customers.- ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Eligibility & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment.
- Certification on the latest track of VMware VCP and CCNA is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in 24 X 7 environment.
Technical Skills:
- Admin, Operate and Manage VMware NSX-T and vSphere Datacenter.
- Strong knowledge in installing, patching, upgrading NSX-T environments.
- Understanding of IP, subnets, masks, switching, routing, firewalls, load balancers etc.
- Overlay network, Logical switching implementation and management.
- Deploy, Configure and Manage NSX-T Edge Nodes.
- Configure and Manage Tier-0 and Tier-1 Gateways
- Configure and Manage Distributed Firewall Policies.
- Knowledge on Micro-Segmentation
- Configure and Manage Gateway Firewall Policies.
- NSX-T Datacenter Services such as Load Balancer, NAT, DHCP, VPN
- Good working knowledge in ESXi and vCenter.
- Understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP.
- Troubleshooting network problems and outages.
- Basic knowledge on Physical Network and Storage technologies.
- Basic knowledge on Linux Operating Systems.
