Salon Hair Trainer
- Training Delivery: Lead structured training sessions on hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments for salon staff.
- Develop Curriculum: Create and update hair training programs tailored to current trends, salon needs, and skill gaps.
- Hands-on Demonstrations: Perform live demonstrations of advanced hair techniques, ensuring trainees understand each step.
- Assess Trainees: Evaluate the performance of stylists during and after training to ensure they meet salon standards.
- Customer Service Skills: Teach soft skills like consultation techniques, communication with clients, and professionalism in the salon.
- Mentorship: Offer continuous guidance and mentorship to hairstylists to improve their skillset over time.
- Workshops & Seminars: Organize internal workshops, refresher courses, and seminars for salon staff to stay updated on industry trends.
- Health & Safety Standards: Train stylists in proper sanitation practices and safety protocols.
- Stay Updated: Regularly research new hair trends and techniques to incorporate into training sessions.

Unisex Hairdresser
- Hair Cutting & Styling: Provide cutting, styling, and grooming services for both men and women, including short and long hairstyles.
- Hair Coloring: Perform hair coloring services like highlights, balayage, global coloring, and corrective coloring for all hair types.
- Hair Treatments: Offer hair treatments, such as keratin, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments, customized for each client’s needs.
- Consultation: Conduct client consultations to understand their desired look, offer professional advice, and recommend suitable services.
- Grooming Services: Perform beard trims, shaves, and grooming services for male clients, and provide customized hair services for female clients.
- Client Retention: Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and build a loyal customer base.
- Product Recommendations: Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients based on their hair type and style.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the salon and adhere to strict hygiene protocols.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage time efficiently, especially during peak hours, to ensure all clients receive high-quality service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
