**Your team responsibilities**

As an integral part of Mumbai Finance Center - FP&A Function, this role will be responsible for managing & supporting Strategic Planning, Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly & Rolling Forecast and Management reporting & analysis.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage the monthly, quarterly and Rolling forecast processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning with particular focus on compensation cost. Partner to prepare and review quarterly Board materials and presentations.
- Assist in Strategic Planning & Annual Operating Plan (AOP) related activities and processes.
- Analysis of Plan and Forecasts variances for Comp expenses and reporting of necessary changes to ensure reasonableness of forecasts on an on-going basis.
- Assess and implement ongoing improvements to the Planning and Forecasting processes.
- Manage and validate Financial Forecasting models including management/processes around Planning tool (Board International).
- Develop dashboards to track key performance measurements and monitor business performance.
- Support strategic projects and ad hoc research and analysis.
- Use systems solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- ~4 years of post-graduate experience in Financial Planning & Analysis function.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP; CA/CMA/CPA or MBA-Finance from Tier 1 Institute is preferred.
- Strong Excel modeling skills required; experience in building forecast models required.
- Experience on Power BI will be an advantage.
- Demonstrates proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective listener & clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
