PMO - Project Manager

Project Voyager is the Cloud Migration leading initiative for CIB & CB Technology. We are seeking a PMO who can help us drive delivery of high-priority, strategic programmes across Lob's including CIB and CB.

Who are you?

As an experienced professional, you thrive at managing complex technology programs and are focused on helping teams deliver. This delivery changes day to day and could include working with central teams to resolve blockers, helping them articulate their commitments, tracking status and managing change, organising training, providing forward looking views on what support the teams may require, and more You will be comfortable executing a programme in an environment where change is acceptable, complexity is the norm, and you will rarely be the expert in the room. Our role is about enablement and helping the teams deliver against their (ever changing) commitments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and engage cross-functional teams in delivery of strategic modernisation programmes across all areas of the CIB technology estate;
- Develop and maintain strong, progressive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of CIB to progress delivery;
- Leverage skills in structured problem solving, business/data analysis, design thinking and lean process improvement to ensure favourable programme outcomes;
- Engage with the development and co-ordination of data reporting capabilities across multiple sources and platforms, e.g. JIRA and other project management tools;
- Identify, track and report risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating as appropriate and making recommendations to move forward.

Skills and Competencies
- Experience collating complex information, assimilating same and creating Executive reporting via PPT for senior management teams.
- Experience in Project/Programme Management within Technology;
- Experience working with highly matrixed teams in complex program execution environments;
- Ability to work collaboratively, to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm;
- Strong data analysis skills, Excel, Tableau (or similar) skills with the ability to co-ordinate diverse data sets across multiple systems;
- The interest and ability to quickly learn complex topics;
- Uses networks (internal and external) to develop solutions to challenges;
- Experience within Financial Services is preferred.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with JIRA;
- Project Management/Cloud Certification.
