Job Summary

Essential Job Functions- Accounting: Prepares monthly journal entries, provides financial/analytical support to various departments. Applies knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to execute daily work. Prepares clear and concise documentation. Assists in daily and monthly accounting processes. Accounting for bank and Intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation. Assists in Fixed Asset Accounting and reconciliation. Calculates month-end accruals, researches issues.-
- Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvements. Work with stakeholders to implement the process improvements.-
- Collaboration: Assists in providing support for external and internal audits. Demonstrates outstanding Verbal and Written Communication skills when working with internal and external partners. Demonstrates leadership by driving projects to meet milestone dates, utilizing critical thinking skills to help analyze business problems and recommending solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve problems and gaining consensus on the best solution. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy by analyzing data and drawing conclusions based upon the data.Reports to:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance & Accounts or related area-
- Experience : 0 to 2 years of relevant business experiencePreferred Experience:
- 0 to 2 Years in similar profile in the Manufacturing Industry / Service Industry. Understanding of Indian Accounting Principles & UGAAP would be added advantage. Other Duties
