**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the legal executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for legal professionals as needed.
- **Client and Case Management**:
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and the legal team, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Assist with the intake of new clients and the preparation of client files.
- Track case deadlines, court dates, and relevant legal filings to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with courts, regulatory agencies, and other law firms regarding filings and case updates.
- **Legal Research and Document Preparation**:
- Conduct basic legal research, gather information, and compile legal documents.
- Assist with the preparation of legal forms, briefs, and other required documentation for court filings.
- File legal documents with courts, ensure compliance with court deadlines, and coordinate delivery of legal materials.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:
- Ensure that all legal documentation and processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, in compliance with the firm’s confidentiality policies.
- **Billing and Timekeeping**:
- Track attorney billable hours, prepare timekeeping reports, and assist with client invoicing.
- Manage billing records and coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate client billing.
- **Office and Team Coordination**:
- Work closely with other administrative staff to support the legal team.
- Coordinate office supplies, maintain office equipment, and ensure the efficient operation of the legal office.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Legal Assistant certification or diploma is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Paralegal.
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents, and court procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal management software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

**Work Environment**:
- This is a full-time position, primarily based in an office environment.
- May occasionally require overtime based on case deadlines or executive demands.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
