As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the ticketing process for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The Ticketing Executive will work closely with customers, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely ticketing services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with ticketing-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.

2. **Ticketing Process**:

- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations during the ticketing process.
- Verify and confirm reservations, informing customers of any changes or issues.

3. **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all ticketing transactions and customer interactions.
- Prepare and issue tickets, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

4. **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with airlines, travel agencies, and other partners to coordinate ticketing services.
- Liaise with internal departments to address customer queries and resolve issues.

5. **Stay Informed**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.
- Provide customers with relevant and timely information regarding their travel plans.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Angamali, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- IATA Certification (preferred)
