**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to create desired content.
- Write technical content for our websites, video scripts, blog posts, brochures, newsletters, training, white papers, project profiles, press releases, case studies, flyers, social media, etc.
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Write clear marketing content to promote our services and create brand awareness using SEO guidelines.
- Create and update website content as and when needed.
- Work closely with the Design & Digital Marketing teams to create content for various campaigns or events.

**Technical Skills: -**
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging writing.
- Experience tailoring content to the specific needs and interests of target audiences. (e.g., clients, IT professionals, employees).
- Experience with various writing styles for different formats (e.g., blog posts, white papers, user manuals).
- Can generate SEO-compliant technical content strictly with no AI intervention.

**SEO Expertise: -**
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and principles.
- Experience optimizing content for search engines, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content structure, titles, tag/meta description creation, and headers.
- Experience with incorporating relevant keywords naturally into written content without AI support.
- Experience crafting SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and headers.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (optional, but a plus).

**Content Planning and Collaboration**:

- Experience planning and creating content calendars.
- Understanding different content formats (e.g., social media, blog posts, white papers, case studies) and their purpose in SEO strategy.
- Excellent research and information-gathering skills.
- Expertise in conveying technical concepts with accuracy and relevance to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Additional Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Surfer SEO or similar SEO optimization tools is a strong plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current SEO trends and algorithms.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability, and presentation skills.
